What are my delivery options?
You are able to select your preferred delivery method at checkout. We currently offer Royal Mail standard which takes 2-3 business days to arrive, or Royal Mail 24 tracked if you would like your snicky snacky snoo quicker. You are also able to choose free local pick up from Chelmsford, Essex.
When will my order arrive?
All our biscuits are handmade and baked fresh, we aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 business days unless a specific bake week has been selected at checkout. How quickly your biscuits arrive will depend on which delivery method has been selected at the time of ordering.
If you have a specific date you would like your biscuits to arrive, please contact us and we will try to make it happen.
How long do the products last?
Biscuits last for 8-10 days if kept in their original packaging, they can last up to 2 months if stored in an airtight container once you receive them.
Will each biscuit look the same?
The short answer is no! Every biscuit is handmade and if you have selected the marble effect option, this amazing effect will also differ per biscuit.
What do I do if the spelling is incorrect on my biscuit?
We triple check the spelling on your biscuits matches the personalised messages entered at the time of ordering. We urge you to double check all spelling and names before you complete your order.
Whilst we understand spelling errors can be frustrating we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the text was incorrectly entered during the ordering process. If you do spot an error after checkout please let us know by emailing sarah@snickysnackysnoo.co.uk and we will do our best to make changes providing your order has not already been processed
Can I change the personalised message on my biscuits?
Well this really depends on how quickly you let us know.
We are happy to accept changes providing your order hasn’t already been processed. We aim to bake and decorate your biscuits within 1-2 business days, any changes to messages or names would need to be emailed to sarah@snickysnackysnoo.co.uk as soon as possible. We will notify you if we can fulfil your request.
Can I cancel my order?
We’re sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes or to cancel your order once it is placed.
Each biscuit is handmade and in some cases these will also be personalised and are therefore non-refundable.
